Here is a link to this seasons "Hours of Operation". www.tremblant.ca/mountain/operation_hours-e.htmThis is a great new page on the official website as in the past, there have always been questions about when and why the lift hours change. It was explained to me by customer service that the lift closing is determined by the Ski Patrol who require a minimum amount of daylight to complete the "SWEEP" of the hill."Sweep" is the term used by the Ski Patrol to describe their process of checking the hill, after the lifts are closed, to make sure all the customers are safely off for the day. As the daylight hours increase towards spring, they allow the lifts to remain open longer. An additional factor is the earlier "Daylight Savings" time advance in March, so that explains the 1/2 hour final jump. Here is a "Cut and Paste" of the raw data ....WINTER SEASON 08/09 Dates:Season Opening: November 21, 2008 End of season: April 13, 2009 Hours: From November 21, 2008 to January 29, 2009 8:30am to 3:30pm From January 30, 2009 to February 26, 2009 8:30am to 3:45pm From February 27, 2009 to April 13, 2009 8:30am to 4:15pm For early birds, check out the First Tracks Dates and hours ยป
