look for the pre-season ski sales

This is the time for some of the best pre-season ski sales in the Ottawa area.

Tommy and LeFavre(?) usually have their warehouse sale going on by now, so lets look that up on the net and see what we can drag up ....

A quick search shows the Tommy sale was in July and went to Sept.6th, so much for that idea...

I was signed up for their e-mail subscription, but evidently did not receive the notice.

That is probably not their fault as our computer filters seem to reject things we actually want.

I should have been more pro-active on that one and will try to do better in future.

I sent them an e-mail anyway, so we'll see if the sale is extended or ongoing.
